Operator experience inside global aviation and travel organisations including Etihad Airways, Flyadeal, and Dohop — covering airline direct-channel ecommerce, booking flow optimisation, ancillary revenue programmes, and metasearch distribution. The work has consistently focused on the commercial mechanics that actually move bookings.

Geographic reach

Programmes delivered across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe — from product strategy and UX to technical architecture and commercial model design. Specific depth in the Gulf region and Southeast Asian travel markets, where the interplay of airline ecommerce, distribution, and consumer behaviour is its own discipline.

AirConnect

In parallel with his advisory work, Ross founded AirConnect — a next-generation flight booking platform built from scratch. He designed the product, the UX, the booking engine integration, and the payments infrastructure. AirConnect is a live demonstration of the operator capability that underpins Alpha Digital Group.
